Adding fully staffed chat to your car dealer’s website will increase your website leads by 50-60%. I have seen cases where the numbers are much higher, but I’m extremely confident at setting the bar in the 50-60% range. In order to prove this claim we will need to get your “Pre-Chat” numbers. A lot of website providers have a dashboard that will show you this statistic. If you do not have the technology to generate this, don’t worry I can figure it out for you in a jiffy. The most important thing to realize is that these are leads above and beyond what is being filled out on your website forms. It is important to take a look at the website conversion rate before chat and the conversion rate after chat.
